ABOUT THE EVENT

Christopher Hurren is the Chief Scientist for MotoCAP and a regular rider with more than six motorcycles in his stable, from classic BSA Bantams to a BMW F900GS adventure bike.


During this free 90-minute presentation, Christopher will discuss the current European safety standards and how they differ from real-world Australian riding conditions. Learn about the MotoCAP and CRASH testing systems, and how their rating system can help you make an informed decision on your future protective clothing and helmet purchases.


The presentation runs for 40-60 minutes, followed by a Q&A session

Snacks and refreshments will be provided.



s part of the Safer Motorcycling Grants Program, you will be asked to fill out a short 5min survey before and after the workshop.
